What Shipping Options Do You Offer?

Depending on your order, you will receive either a mailbox package or a box. For the Netherlands and Belgium, only standard shipping is available. You will receive your order within 1-3 days.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, for international shipments outside the Netherlands and Belgium, we use DHL. You will receive your package within 3-7 days. Want it faster? Choose DHL Express at checkout.

 

What Payment Methods Are Available?

We offer a wide range of payment options. The main ones are:

  • PayPal
  • All credit cards
  • Klarna

Is It Safe to Order Online with You?

Yes, we use a secure SSL certification. You can see a green lock icon in the address bar, indicating that your data is encrypted and cannot be accessed by others. Payments are processed through Mollie, a Dutch company that handles payments for thousands of webshops.

 

How Can I Place an Order?

Add your products to your digital shopping cart using the large green button. If you place your order with your Spicekix account, the process will be even faster since we already have your details. No account? You can still order without one, but we will need your information to process the order.

Do I Need an Account to Order?

No, you can order as a guest. However, we do need your details to ship your order. For coffee subscriptions, an account is required. Through your account, you can manage your coffee subscription yourself.

How Can I Contact You?

How Can I Cancel or Modify My Order?

You can adjust or cancel coffee subscriptions yourself via your Spicekix account. For other orders, please send an email to shop@spicekix.com.

How Can I Track My Order?

You will receive an email at each step of the order process. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a track & trace code. This code is also provided for mailbox packages, allowing you to track when your package will be delivered.

How Can I Return a Product?

Send us an email with your order number to shop@spicekix.com. We will create a return label for you so you can send the package back.
